Order pickups happen at the shop at 3289 Mission Street during business hours. (We keep google maps & yelp updated!)
Please get in touch if you can not make your planned pickup date! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number. We really appreciate your communication as the shop is small and space is limited!
We currently ship via UPS Ground and UPS Standard rates.
Typically, orders take 1-4 business days of order processing for us to fulfill prior to shipping. Shipping times and fees cannot be combined on orders placed separately under different order numbers. Shipping times vary and once packages leave us they are in the hands of the UPS system. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Sorry to our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, all the islands and our international friends.
For rush shipping or large orders that require palletized shipping, please reach out to email@example.com and we will see what we can do!
Once your order leaves our shop, we do not have any control over the shipping details. All of the timing, handling, and updates are handled by the carrier and it is out of our hands. We do our best to help you with your package(s) but please note that we do not have access to any additional information than you have via the package tracking. Please note that nationwide shortages and delays, the demand for shipping, and ongoing effects of Covid 19 may affect your order and you may experience longer delivery times than normal.
If there is any issue with your order, please report it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of your order delivery date.
For any issues that happen as a result of shipping, please let us know and include pictures. While we do not offer refunds, we are caring, considerate people and will try to see if we can remedy the situation in another way.
Our main goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please visit us at the shop or email us about an exchange.
All order issues must be communicated within 14 days of order delivery.
Please note, we do not issue refunds but are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange.
For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.
Gift cards are available online and are for in-store or online purchases. They do not expire but please come and use them!
If you have a gift card from DelanoShop you are welcome to use it here. We have transferred the balance to our current system and you should have been emailed, but if not, or if you are not sure, please email email@example.com and we will straighten it out for you.
